You do not have to do anything. If IRCC needs a re-med you will be informed. if they extend it, you will be able to see it in your MyCIC account.

Me June aor and medical expired on yesterday. Status changed to you don’t need to give medical. Will update once this changes. Something like this

It will depend on when you medicals are sent for reassessment.

After they are sent, it is a quick process. Before your application can be finalised, a decision on medicals has to be made.

I got a request for medical re-assessment back in January 2021. My wife is pregnant so we had to wait a bit before doing the examination again (for x-ray safety reasons). We waited until the first trimester was over and completed the medical exam on March 8th. My profile got updated on March 13th with the message "You passed the medical exam".

We've been still waiting for a COPR since then.

It was a re-assessment request -- our original medical examination that was done in September 2019 got expired. I got notified about this request through email.

I called them this week and they told me that my medicals were extended and my file was sent to the local IRCC office to issue my COPR.

My account remains unchanged, tough.
