If you are in presented in Canada, then just follow this link and select immigration and citizenship. Give them your application file number and you're UCI. They should respond to you with in 2 months. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/requesterInformation

However, if you are not currently in Canada, try to use immigration consultant or Lower who are presented in Canada to do that on your behalf. I tried these guys before https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/agents/gcmsbuddy-dot-com/products/gcms
