Just talked to an agent, it seems nothing moving for my application. He was very nice to inform me: eligibility is passed, security is not-started, criminality is in-progress. Other members received COPR after biometric updated within a week, my case hasn't progressed at all since biometric updated Oct 15th(exempt). Really frustrated and tired.

At least your biometric was updated. I’m still waiting for that...

Last week when I called IRCC I was informed that “background checks are complete, final decision is pending, wait until you hear anything from the office”.
The automated status update on phone line says:
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements or not
You do not need an interview
You do not need additional documents.
We are processing your background check.
Any guesses how long is going to be before I get the final decision?

Got GCMS notes on Oct 28, applied on Sep 27 so the GCMS notes I got was last updated on Oct 5th - Eligibility Passed, Criminality, Background check and info sharing is in progress.
Waiting for final decision.

I don’t think the bio being updated on the portal means anything I guess those people who got their cope got lucky an officer reviewed their file right away after their bio got updated. I guess they are dealing with backlogs as Aor from February who were waiting for bio to be completed and we’re exempt are yet to receive their copr. So honestly I guess it will take time for them to even get to June probably maybe a month or two

I'm guessing it should be anytime now. Sounds like everything has been passed, just waiting for an officer to give the final approval.

Ignore the automated status update as it just reads out everything you can see online, which in itself is useless.

Eligibility- Passed( last week call, it was in progress, week before that not started)
Criminality - In Progress
Security- Not Started.

Just hanging in there. Expecting more progress in November.
