On 10.13 received unknown number from IRCC to confirm that I’m in Canada and the first/last entry date to Canada. And after that lady says the COPR should arrive within two weeks. This is fast!
For my detailed timeline you can check my post history.
Edit: Just checked my CIC account and my final decision was approved!
Congrats

I just received from IRCC as below. However, I did call IRCC agent last week and she said the eligibility is Recommended Passed. Is the "Recommended Passed" similar with "in process"?
@legalfalcon do you have any idea? Thanks
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information on file and can confirm that:
- The eligibility verifications are in process.
- The security background verification has not been initiated.
- The criminal background verification is in process.
AOR: June 14
BIL: July 30
Didn't get Biometrics call yet
Ordered GCMS on sept 4th. GCMS was generated on sept 5th.
Received GCMS on Oct 4th.
The status was.
Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Security: Not Started
I'd call IRCC on last week Oct 6th.
My eligibility status was recommended passed.
How much time it will take to change the status from Recommended pass to PASSED ?
Any idea?

No, I'm pretty sure not much updates from them if I make a call within this week.

In the same boat, same Aor as you, eligibility recommended pass. Oct 08 they requested for additional family information which I have provided. Fingers crossed keep us updated if anything new

May I ask your status before receiving copr? I am wondering they could only call people who possesses visitor visa or visitor record in Canada. For those who have valid work or study permit, they probably will give copr directly without call?

It’s work permit, and I think they will need to confirm that you are in Canada via either call or email before finalizing the case
Hi
@legalfalcon &
@caipsnotes ,
The call center told me my eligibility was passed on 4th Sep.
I requested GCMS notes on 1st Sep.
Does that mean that the officer passed it on 4th Sep, just before generating GCMS notes?
I haven't received the notes yet, but I just want to confirm this, because if the information in the GCMS notes does not include this latest update, I have to order it again, just to be double sure that it's conclusively passed.
Hi
@legalfalcon &
@caipsnotes, please help with this.

Hi. Gcms Notes are generated around the time of the request. If IRCC was in receipt of the request on Sep 1, it's possible it could have been generated before 4th but more than likely after.
