If an application is under comprehensive security screening, it can take considerably longer.
Factors such as whether your applicant is for record check or comprehensive check, is inland or outland, etc. determine how long it may take.
Yes I ordered the notes and on 8/24 they have included all the points but on 10/31 the arranged employment points were not included and in the notes its mentioned appears met ready to finalize.. to be on the safer side I did sent the docs again via webform.. I also see in the notes they requested canada pcc on 8/24 but I have never received the request to submit.. not sure what is happening

I finally was able to get in the queue with IRCC and a really nice agent informed me that all stages have passed (eligibility, criminality and security)
Pretty relieved and also wondering how long it might take to receive COPR from now

I'm on the same boat, but my medicals are back to "in progress" (according to the agent. portal changed to "you don't need a medical exam"), even tough it expires only on Feb 7th

2) do i need to print the address of photo studio on the back, as it says this on the photo specification but it doesn't says anything like that on COPR?

If you are asking for uploading the digital photo, you can get it clicked anywhere. Once your application is approved, you will have to provide a physical photo which has to be as per the specifications, and also list the studio where you got the photo clicked.
If I understood correctly, they are also applicants in your application. If Yes, then they also can call and enquire the status by providing their basic details.

I got a GU yesterday night and called an nice agent on this morning. My criminality is passed but the security hasn't changed the state yet, still not-started. And again, I asked my eligibility, she mentioned clearly that it is passed conclusively. @AnnAlex we are same state now but AOR.
