You may still change it, given the points is still sufficient for the round of your invitation. Also, you need to give convincible reasons in the LOE.

Wow, this is interesting to notice! They may refer to the biometrics for temporary permit/visa (study permit, work permit, etc) for permanent residency processing! Actually I don't quite understand at first that why biometrics for temporary residency is valid for 10 years, while the one for PR has to be given for every application.

I read somewhere else that this happened for other people. Still, they gave me a BIL so I think I'd still have to give it anyway. It would make sense for them to re-use existing ones given the pandemic, but oh well.

Also, they asked for RCMP check.

Congrats! Mine isn't but I just submitted receipt of the one I did in January for a closed WP. Hopefully they accept that.
