Whats file number in this form? Is it my express entry application number? Also what does it mean what you plan to do when you go back to your country? This is a PR application so I'm not planning to go back... @legalfalcon please kindly help.
Does any one think as " the applications from western provinces in Canada is lagging behind" as I see most of them in other provinces received COPR or has some update in their application.. I am from Alberta and my profile hasn't moved a bit after my Medical passed. (AOR : June 03 and estimated Completion: Dec 03)

This is a part of the security screening if you have advanced degrees in sciences. Just provide your CV, and also provide a statement with the kind of work you intend doing in the future, including what you do.
Keep it simple, and explain your education and work.
If it makes you feel any better, you're not alone. My AOR is a week before yours but only criminality passed. Eligibility still in progess (recommended pass) and security not started, as of last Friday.
