Based on the last discussion with IRCC agent, they uploaded and other IRCC officer will verify it. Therefore, she told me that they are verifying your biometric

what I understood from the conversation with agent was that they do have my biometrics in the file but agent have to verify it and do complete security and criminality check which I know can take from days to months or may be even longer than that. I have submitted my RCMP PCC with all other documents. God knows how long will they take now.
Hello. Got an email as well, requesting to submit my Passport in order to issue a COPR. PNP Outland, June 16 AOR. IRCC Online portal still shows as 'Submitted' so I think it'll be updated soon as well? Got a GU yesterday and got the email today. Good luck everyone, your COPR is very close as well!
Today when I logged in my profile, It says "Profile/Application Updated" , but There is no update and I also didnt get any email. Is it happened with anybody else ?
Hey, I'm an Outland candidate, and completed my biometrics on Aug 17th, 2020. There were no updates, my online profile still says 'Submitted' but I saw a couple of ghost updates over the last few days. Hope this helps!
