I have not received any any call. Still waiting. I also got a generic response on my webform. I think the system is faulty for those that are exempt and their dependant's need bio. The system sees it as bio complete and details are not forwarded to SC for call. I am at a loss on what to do

Will call tomorrow and ask the agent if there's a different protocol they follow for dependents. Will update you on any new info I receive. Sooo close and yet so far. I was hoping they would exempt dependents under the age of 18.

Yes. Me too. Wish they could have exempted them. Agent told me the officer put a note on my Background check that my dependant needs bio but if his name and details were sent to SC, no one knows. Please keep me informed. Thanks

No call from them for Virtual landing. Direct COPR.
