I got a ghost update on August 27 and no emails, I'm still waiting and see what it was.... I already have AOR2 since August 05th.... I'm crossing fingers but I understand that applications are all different and treated differently, just because an applicant got a PPR after one week of getting a ghost update does not mean you will get PPR also after a ghost update.

We just got a ghost update today too on GCKey, however we haven't seen a VO transfer/AOR2 yet. Hopefully it's a good sign regardless!

What's a ghost update on GCKey? Status says "Updated" but there is nothing new?

You get an email saying you should check your account but when you do nothing has changed.

It will be sent to the PAs email. Did you check it? Or the spam folder? Did you receive the Pre arrival message on Gckey?

When CIC request your passport, where exactly do you send it? To the nearest embassy or to the VO office where your application is being processed??

As for me, I sent it to where I had my biometrics done.

He/she shouldn't even need to have credits since it is a 1-888 number. You can call toll-free numbers for free on Skype .

I see my status got changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made". However, when I click the link, I do not see any comment for decision made. Also, In GC Key account do not see any update. Is this normal? Can someone respond if they had similar situation and how long it will take for the passport request.

No Update on GC Key. I am eagerly waiting for that. It seems the process got bit slow compare to members who submitted first 10 days of June month.

Don't worry. we will get the passport request in the evening before 5 pm.

Hope so. that would be great because I already started looking for flight tickets from Chennai to Toronto for September 2nd week to 3rd week.
