She got the sponsorship approval few days ago.
Her lawyer didn't ask her to pay the RPRF fee upfront.
Now she knew that this would delay the processing of the application

Could she just pay the fee right now and send them the receipt? Is that be possible?

If yes, How would she get this done ?

I think webform is a good way to do this since she already has a file number. So pay the fee and forward them the invoice along with a letter of explanation stating everything.

Can you tell me how exactly do you manage to pull on ecas? Does it take sponsors info or PA’s. Like the DOB for example. Because on this application my UCI is listed

on ecas i just use receipt number and yes PA info

Ok that didn't work. But i tried with sponsor info and it worked on both ecas and Gckey. Strange but well yea.

I just checked online status and found ECAS PRAS saying "In Process".
also received AOR after some hours.
I wish and hope that all will get the same soon, please keep update your status.

It says the principal applicant,his/her spouse or common law partner and all dependent children 18yrs or older listed in the application for PR must complete their own copy if this form.

I, the sponsor, is the spouse of the principal applicant

No worries, I was the same when we were submitting ours! It's easy to do. The PA's spouse would only need to fill in that form if they were being declared as a dependent on the application (either accompanying or non-accompanying). As the sponsor, you're not part of the application in that sense, so no need for you to fill it in yourself
