Hi! I have a question regarding my Express Entry documents. I am divorced and my 5-year-old son is living with me in Canada. I submitted my Express Entry application in June.

According to the checklist, I only provided my divorce certificate. But I did not provide my divorce agreement which mentioned I am the guardian of my child.

Now I wish to know if I need to provide the divorce agreement. And because I am the only guardian of my child and it is me to immigrate with him, do I also need the IMM5604e form? Will I be rejected directly because I did not provide these documents when I submitted my application?
