I have the same timelines as you for AOR and emdicals and I am from Sri Lanka. I was also told that my Eligibility is under review and that security has not been initiated. Criminality is valid. Was requested to pay the RPRF fee on 13th november and additional document status says "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided".
This doesn't look like a delay only for USA but all June applicants in common. Hope we will receive it soon.

I called CIC three times in this month, but they said the status has not been changed since the end of August. The call center agent said that it doesn't mean CIC hasn't gone over my application for the last four months, it could mean that CIC might not have any significant points to mark down about the application. Also, I was told that my application doesn't seem to have any problem so far so I need to wait till the officer makes final decision. Anyway, my application is in the process of "background checking". I really hope this joureny will be over in this year!

Hi. I have been trying to connect to IRCC from india through hangouts at +1 613 944 4000.

You can try what I found on another thread. I called from USA, so I don't know if it will work from India, but you can try. Download the TextNow app. When it asks you about your location, type a city in Canada (I put Mississauga). That way you will get a Canadian phone number. Then, you can call 1-888-242-2100. I called a few days ago and talked to an agent. Good luck!
I saw some posts saying people paid for GCMS notes and even the notes are delaying over 30days. Just request GCMS notes through the government website. That way you don't need to pay anything and it will come after 30 calendar days. GCMS notes are supposed to be free as it is a right that you can ask for the government about your immigration case. I have ordered three times before through the official government website and I have received them on time. And for sure, I didn't pay any dollar for it.

Non- residents of Canada are allowed to order from there or not? I think they need a representative from Canada, that's why these people are charging them.

Had raised webform on 31st Oct and submitted work experience related documents, which have been received, but not opened yet.
Couldn’t get reference letters on letterhead so submitted supporting documents and reference by colleagues, self notarised roles & responsibilities but yet not sure whether that’s acceptable.
Will call them again next week to understand if any more documents required.
Have a complicated work ex with 4 employers. Feeling a bit dicey that my profile could be rejected on work exp
