I had a ghost update 7 days ago as well. AOR June 9, MEP July 16.

Guessing it's the start of the BG check. Mine happened right after the Biometrics details started showing up in my profile.

My AOR is June 3.
I believe the BG check is getting processed.
Medicals passed on July 16 and Biometrics were given on July 26. Had a ghost update about 7 days ago.

Almost the same as you except for the ghost update.

My timeline:
AOR 28 June
MEP 8 August
BIL 13 August scheduled

My processing timelines changed from 4 months to 18 weeks. Just wondering if it is as per normal updates because 18 weeks are more than 4 months. My e AOR is dated June 06 2019.
