It's hard to tell what is the problem without the GCMS notes. A Review Required can be related to employment experience, proof of funds, travel history,... Only GCMS notes will describe in detail the reason for the review.
Just a question, wouldn't work experience evaluated during eligibility? because they say my Eligibility is met

During Eligibility, they evaluate if all the CRS points you claimed are valid through support documents at the moment AOR, including work experience.
If your Eligibility is as "met", this is rather a good sign.

Thank you. Maybe its something in my Travel History
NOT CLOSE - ALERT YOUR EMPLOYER* . IRCC smells a Fish in ur application**
Please do not scare people like that.
That reply simply means the individual is under security screening, which is outside IRCC control as it is handled by CBSA.
All the applicant needs to do is have patience and wait for the extended timeline.
Quite often, it means the applicant has already passed the criminality and eligibility stages. Just waiting for security clearance .

Thank you.
What actually do you mean by alert your employer ?
You should order a GCMS note, to know what exactly under RR and proceed from there. You can only know what's being verified from the notes.
Can I order the notes from outside Canada ?
