Wanted to give an update on my file. It might be useful for new applicants or those who want to make the same mistake as I did.
So after receiving my AOR I found out that I might be eligible for urgent processing (had a valuable reason). The request has been approved. But what makes no sense is that now instead of being processed along with other applications from the same period of time, it is sitting in "Urgent" folder for the last three months.
I am well aware that my application is within the processing time, however, the thought that I might have been luckier if I never submitted my "urgent" request doesn't let me go.
you must prove you have adequate knowledge of English or French to apply for citizenship. Hence you need Ielts score card or Your educational documents, depending on what you sent with your file.
I requested a reschedule of my test (originally on Nov. 21) on Oct. 30 and today I get the rescheduled test invitation from Ottawa. The rescheduled test will be on Dec. 13.
Please get it updated on the sheet. I am in line 13.

Just simply send an email to the office with an acceptable reason (Mine was that I had to teach on the original test day.). The email address will be written in the invitation email.
