I see that most of the applications now in process but mine still application received only, anyone know what could be the reason and should I be concerned?

I would be worried if AOR not received since it may mean it could be on way back. Not receiving in process is not a cause of concern. Don't worry

No, I would not be concerned. You got your AOR, you can ben reasonably certain that your package was complete and they will be processing it. Sometimes it just takes time some May and even April applicants haven't even gone IP yet! Let's just be patient

Added to the notes! I added it as FP request, as that is most likely what it is... let us know if it's not!
As for the strike, they haven't officially started striking, have they? You should be ok, hopefully
