I have also got the same update !! Does it mean medicals have been extended or is there a possibility of getting remedicals?

I got the same update. Called cic and confirmed that it only meant the medical expired, no more movement on that.

Did you have anything redacted? And GCMS may not help...try CBSA notes.

No...it doesn't seem like redaction..also s15 was not mentioned on top...plus security status was not started
