Hello everyone, need some support from the specialists we have on this forum.
It is not relevant to our AOR things but would appreciate if someone could help.
A friend of mine was depending on his brother to land as a PR so that he could claim the 15 points
The brother has actually done a soft landing and gone back to Dubai where he is planning to spend another 1 year
Any possibilities for my friend to claim 15 points?
A11.2 - CASE PROCESSING AGENT: Lock-in Date: 2018-06-04_..........., - EE FSW Having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following recommendation.
MI3 ***EDUCATION ADJUSTMENTS MADE TO PA & SP BROUGHT CLIENTS CRS POINTS BELOW MINIMUM, CLIENTS CLAIMED POINTS FOR MASTERS DEGREE, ASSESSED BY WES AS DUAL BACHELOR DEGREE*** A11.2: NOT MET Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS Score at invitation to apply (ITA) 447 CRS points minimum score for round: 446 CRS score at application (APR): 447 Total CRS Points Assessed: 439 I have reviewed the following for CRS points: PA gained points as MARRIED at ITA and APR
Your notes point to a serious issue in your application. It seems you claimed points for masters but your wes evaluation was different. Analyst has recalculated your points and now they are lower than the cut off. If analyst made a mistake please upload correct evaluation at the earliest using a web form. Otherwise I’m sorry but you face a big risk of your file being rejected.
It is a default mention when the profile crosses 6 months. Doesn't mean anything. There should be other indications to check if the appointment is under RR or SS

You may want to look at the last 2-3-4 pages called notes.
Mostly on the last but one page you will find Agent's/Officer's assessment...take a pic, Hide everything personal and post it here.
Other sections to look at:
1. assessments on page 2
2. Activities before 'Notes' and ''Paper File Transfer'
3. Application and Application Status under the 'History' section.
Note, the most recent status will be in the beginning for everything. I.e. Activity 1 will be most recent and activity 40...45...will be old.
Also, if on any page around the Notes or Activities page you see s.16(1) or s.15(1) it might be an indication of your profile in SS.
Finally, after a long wait of about ten months and one week, this morning we received the ready-to-issue-visa letter from the local visa office.
It has been a long wait but your comments and answers to inquiries helped us a lot. So, thank you very much.
I hope that everyone else who is still waiting get their long-awaited email very soon.
By the way, is there a page at this forum for June applicants who got their ppr's to discuss post ppr issues, such as tickets, arrival, housing, jobs, etc., or is that done at the WhatsApp group?

My visa office was ottawa till April and when i connected over IRCC agent this week, she told that file has been transferred to Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Can anybody help me with my two doubts?
1) Is file transfer a good sign ? Any idea on processing times in Sydney office ?
2) I have given my city of destination as Toronto and Province of destination as Ontario. But my cousin and family has moved to Alberta so i no longer intend to stay in Ontario. When I recieve CoPR is it mandatory to go to toronto only ? or will i be able to go to Alberta and continue..
The last time i called was October 5 and it was still in Ottawa. I got RPRF request on October 16 and IP2 on Oct 23. Maybe it changed before RPRF or after IP2 - I dont know. I got to know its in Nova Scotia when I called on Oct 26. Criminality is passed, security not started.
