Guys, just got off the call with an agent. She said the security has still not started and that there is a note from today that my application is awaiting review by an officer.

Seems more wait before these wings get to take a flight.

Did your status change from BC not started to BC being processed the same day as the day you got the remeds request ? This is what happened to me so I am just curious

Nope...my background check had already begun on October 24/25, 2019. It has been around an year we have been trying to find consistency in CIC'S way of work. Not Successful.

U guys,

On my 2nd set of notes, there was an s.16 sign on the case analyst page, and the information exposing the reason why my settlement funds was under RR was retracted.

On my last notes, they released the information and there is no s.16 sign anymore. Does it mean they check the legitimacy of my bank letter?

sometimes call centre do not have access to certain aspects of application... its redacted completely... and some are lazy to go to page 5

Yes, I raised a cse this week and did not receive auto generated email which acknowledges that the cse.
