No buddy, no updates. I thought I would atleast see application approved update till now. But nothing. Hopefully next week. Have been carefully monitoring immi tracker for passport.

Same here am also waiting hopefully next week ! One guy who has sent the passports on the 5th ( received at IRCC ) got an update saying his passports are dispatched ! I wonder why ours is taking time !!

i think "I wonder why ours is taking time " is something thats going to keep following us for quite some time to come

True that !! The processing timeline is so random it’s not the same for two identical cases ! I seriously feel they should do it in a systematic order so that the applicants will not panic !

Hi folks, I need ur help with this :
I ordered a set dated January 17th,2019.
My eligibility is set Review Required by a Case analyst in Montreal, and the due date is 13 Feb 2019
The RR is due to "Settlement fund" issue , the certificates I have provided from the bank include current cash plus "certificate of deposits" that are readily to be reedemed anytime and their value actually way exceeds the required 12,500 required for a single applicant.
those "certificate of deposits" are obviously not mentioned in their calculations, but they "noted" its presence in the bank certificate.
Guys..would it be enough to raise a cse refering to these certificate deposits and the statement that says they can be redeemed anytime.. or shall i contact the bank for further detailed statements or what ..?

When did you provide the new work experience letter?

16th Jan. I found out about the RR on the 8th and it took a week to get an updated letter. I know realistically speaking it could take a very long time before they review my file; I just read about the poor people still waiting in the June 2017 thread! It's just so much harder to take because I had a reasonable expectation that my application would have been processed within 6 months and I waited all this time in good faith that it was being worked on and that there weren't any problems.

I would ask you how did you solve that problem? what document did you provide to IRCC as a prove of your job experience?

So I went back to my HR department who issued the original letter (without the duties) and basically bullied them into giving me a new letter with the duties. They had to discuss it internally for about a week to decide whether they could possibly deviate from their sacred policy, and then finally decided they could. Only 8 months after I originally asked for it, better late than never right?

By the time I saw this it had already happened!

@cansha I still remember how you were saying when we arrive page 800 of this forum, you are gonna get ppr and then you changed it to 1200 to make sure it will happen and actually it happened!!! Now, here we are page 1600, double than the 800, some still waiting!!!

Yeah when I said 800 honestly I thought this thread would slow down around 1000 posts as most of us would have PPR by then and move on. The idea of 1200 was from @DanFariasM who said I had written 800 instead of 1200 by mistake.

But 1600 pages!! It does show how community on this page has stuck together for so long. Some friends have moved on post their PPR but some are still around and some come over here from neighboring months.

This is the most active thread by far on this forum, even more than the sticky ones. While, I enjoy that I just hope that the wait for everyone here from June or earlier months just ends.
