Hi Everyone, In my GCMS note program assistant from CIC mentioned Recommendation Review required - State Questions for me as well as for my spouse as both of us have a previous visa refusal due to Financial support and family ties back in India while Applying for Temp Resident visa. But we have reapplied and got approved.

Please suggest this review required also create a delay in processing PR as Eligibility review required.

Hi I cross my six months today and when I open my profile I saw application updated/ submitted , is this because I completed my six months or is it a ghost update , if any one can help me please who cross six month mark.

Should not cause any issue, visa rejection only when due to criminal activities or misrepresentation can cause issue not due to normal issues as in your case. Hang on tight. Review required cases sometimes takes additional time.

Review required due to Statutory questions is pretty normal. It's usually cleared after a while.

Yup, ours cleared the same day criminality was passed (23rd of October)

i think there is no Average time for SS it may be done in a weeks time or may take months . It all depends on a particular Application i believe !

i think ottawa cleared up its batches last week. the office hour is from 8am to 4pm. i was expecting something from sydney.
