Also check the application assignment in the second page. The due date and the assigned to column. Looks like your file moved from Ottawa to Sydney. Just like mine.
It seems your file got approved.

You should immediately call call centre and thereafter mail CIO. RFV is Ready For Visa. A few pages back @tobs suggested the heading for sending such a mail.
Human international rights violations (A35) and Organised criminality (A37) which I feel pertains to Security and Criminality but not totally sure.
Looks like your file is approved and is Ready for PPR from CIO since Nov 5, 2018.

I've been a silent reader of this thrail and I did see @tobs post about the template to use when emailing them, I'm going to look for it right away.
i am not sure. but i think @richa1987 is right. your application got approved in november. you should check with the call center. once you are sure. reach out to the VOs particularly CIO.
