Lol this is what I like about punjabis, they are very energetic , cool and fun to be around people . I had a friend back in the states who was from Punjab and he used to manage STUFF for our parties in there . From there I kind of like punjabis even though I am not one .
Alternatively do you think its just the case of the call centre agents not knowing/not being able to see enough on their systems hence this mismatch?
For instance, most people will have eligibility under progress till the end, even if its actually cleared. The only way to know your eligibility is cleared is gcms or calling agents (like in my case).
Maybe the agents can only see limited info especially for bgc checks?
Ahh well I guess I am just being crazy and anxious.
Didn't try today but I did notice this last week as well. Usually calling 3-4 times consecutively gets me in the queue but last week I had to try calling 8-9 times consecutively 2-3 times before I finally got in a 40 minute queue.
