How did the r10 happen if ECA was not there. Prog analyst clearly wrote ECA masters verified on issuing agency website.

If I had received PPR by last year Sep I would have moved within a month. Had a job offer then which I had to let go.
I will start looking actively again from April end now and will depend on how it goes. If my luck shine again then May move immediately. Else if I have to move without job then around October.
Before anyone asks why April.. well bonus payments happen around april / May. Cant miss those now

Well somethings are just out of our control. Can't help that. Have to reset our plans as per changing situations. Hope your wait ends soon. There is a LOT to do once we move to Canada.

I rechecked my notes. In my case I can't see any reference to Analyst checking ECA again. May be he didn't make a note. May be a few people can also validate their notes to confirm.
But this does sound weird that he couldn't see ECA if ECA was found during R10 check.
Triple attack : Raising CSEs, ordering GCMS, calling CIC : basically making them work so hard around the file if they’re not working on the file that they give up and say ‘Approve it before they email/call/request notes for the nth time. For God’s sakes, just go ahead and issue their damn PPR!’ Mind you, the ‘damn’ will be heartfelt

Sorry about that. It's really annoying that you had to wait 3 months.
It's possible your eligibiltiy has been Met all these while. Have you called CIC in the last one month?
If you haven't called or you were told your eligibility is still inder review, I'll go ahead and upload the ECA report with a letter explaining that you got that info from your GCMS notes.

My suggestion would be to hold on till summers. Staying in job will mean some extra cash which will be handy when you move. And moving from a tropic country to Canada wont be easy in winter months. Later the better.
