Same here .. I had emailed them on 20th Dec . But again emailed them 4-5 days back but got a reply this time . So you email them again and wait for the magic to happen

I asked about my case being approved and in queue for almost 3 months and no PPR.

So you are the 1st one to report a response on CSE but they dumped the same shit again.

I suspect that was in respose to my CSE from last week.

You'll get response from CSE for sure. But if Ottawa isn't replying that's hard to know why.

I think no reply from CSE would have been better. NDVO is ignoring me even though my case is approved.

I don't think I've ever gotten a same day reply.... except when my LVO pretty much told me to stop bothering them.

I also raised a CSE a cpl of weeks ago to change my address, but they didn't answer. It seems that agent Mathew only likes inquiries that he can respond to with the templates!
