Let’s do this. But I think we should wait till Wednesday and then raise a cse. We would have more number of applicants also and we can check first three days of this week if any of us get ppr or not.
My opinion is that if at all something moves then why not prioritize it at the beginning of the week rather that on Thursday which could lead to the matter going under the cushion on Friday when the working week ends.
Ok. On the lighter side though, we are all thinking that as soon they get the CSEs they will put our names in the PPR batch and run it. Hope that happens but I am keeping my hopes from this activity to negligible... PPR Please!!
While I don't believe your campaign will amount to anything, I salute your courage. Please let us know how it turns out. The community will forever remember you guys as heros in this battle.
Edit: One thing I believe though is that you guys are better clothed than this
Portal doesn't get updated except for 4 instances.
1. Meds passsed
2. Criminality passed (IP2)..."we are processing your background check"
3. ADR requests
4. Final approval (after visa is stamped to passport)
But GCMS updates is real time, and that's where agents get their info from not our online portal.
So yes, an approved file is actually approved irrespective of the recent delays in triggering PPR s
Hi Friends, People in our June AOR Group, who are stuck at the stage where Security is still Not Started, have decided to send a common template CSE hoping that it would be noticed that a substantial chunk of files are lying around untouched for months now. The rationale behind such a standard template CSE is considering the fact that CSE agents always give a standard generic response instead of Case Specific Answer. Hopefully agents would realize that there is a common issue persisting in the PR processing and may be it gets escalated and noticed.
While it is not known if there is a probability of creating an impact, however, the effort is worth a try. So, people are request to support the and participate in the drill hoping that something positive turns out.
People in slightly different situation, just in case, may modify the template slightly but are advised to stick to the overall format.
Let’s raise the standard CSE (link to the content provided at the end of the post) at 7:30 AM Eastern Time i.e. 6 PM IST. Timing has been decided considering day time availability of applicants between different time zones and IRCC shift start timing being 8 AM Canada Time.
Guys sorry to chip in late, groupism and associations do not go well with any government...my suggestion is,
1. let everyone from June or earlier only send the mail today.
2. Send it scattered throughout the day, so it doesn't look like a rebellion but a followed the suit kind of a deal.
This will have a more neutralised impact
I think sending it all at one time will have higher impact but not sure if it will be positive or negative. Esp, when it is ouIr security that is pending.
I am open to sending it together and bear the results, whatsoever they are, together....
Understand your concern Prashant. The time is made specific but I am sure it will be spread over atleast an hour or so, as not everyone will have availability at that precise time. This initiative is limited to June AOR's only. Moreover, not everyone in the list had responded to the post so I am assuming conversion will be less than 40 who would actually raise a CSE. You may also do it as per your comfort.
