No idea... Maybe that's the current due date on our application? I strongly doubt we will have to wait till March. We will get PPR in January!!
From what I have seen due dates are set at 1 month interval. So I don't think this is the due date agent saw in the system. Some agents seem to have some sort of sinister pleasure in giving dates far out in future.

Saw a bunch of ghost updates reports on September thread. So couldn't stop myself and raised a CSE. After submitting, I think I may have written it in a very fragile emotional state. And may have said things a little bit too informal. :D Damn!
Lol.
Any idea how long it takes to get a CSE response? I raised one today as well.

So, we just talked to an agent! A very friendly one, who said everything in our case looks good. Status unchanged:

Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Secrutiy: Not Started

She said to call back on March 26 2019... A specific date far into the future.
I believe @CoolSandy Was told the same thing at some point. Now she has her PPR. It doesnt mean anything.

Some people have received responses in 24-48 hours. I doubt even my CSE will get response in that sort of timeline. So i would say upto 3 weeks.

You'll be shocked

Dear all,

It seems receiving a ghost update for application approval is the norm. But does anyone here actually got application approval or PPR without a ghost update?

2 weeks ago, I called and learnt that eligibility met, criminality passed, security not started, CPC Ottawa. I contemplating calling CIC again but don't want to hear that security still not started. I haven't received ghost update but quite many around my timeline (AOR 3 Aug, IP2 21 Nov) just got their PPRs.

Thanks.
Not Me. . Same timeline. .still waiting
