In the same boat man... like more than 50% of June AORs... I am really upset since mine was approved more than 45 days ago and they are just hold the PPR? For what reasons? I don't think there will be any PPRs come out the last week of Dec, so if nothing next week, next year then... Nothing we can do... so frustrating

I called cic at +1-888-242-2100. if you are calling from outside Canada the number to call is +1 613-944-4000. Usually I follow the voice prompt to first check my application status then in the end I press 0 to speak to an agent. This avoids the “We’re currently experiencing a high volume of calls” message
