I called them today after waiting in queue for around an hour. The agent was not at all helpful. He told me to wait and call only when I complete six months. I replied saying my six months get complete after two days to which I got a reply call after two days and he hanged up.

There’s no clarity at all where are applications are headed. Since we already know our applications are approved more than 50 days back, they don’t have anything new to say and are themselves clueless about the next step. I don’t know what’s going on.

Guys, my earnest request. Please call only after you complete 6 months. As you know, everytime you interact, it gets recorded.

Why give them a chance? We have waited for 6 months wait for 2-3-4-5 more days and call...

Please only call 1-2 days after you complete 6 months

That’s true. They might get irritated and don’t share any information. Now am planning to wait another week after I complete a week after six months to get updates. I hope I don’t have to call and receive golden email before that.

It has been in the case of @Njoseph26, you never know. Do you have a recent GCMS for your case?

That's the only way to know why, your application has crossed 8 months.

Yeah. We are already tensed about unpredictable process but I understand they get lots of calls from even October , November AOR’s which makes them frustrated.

Brother, I understand your frustration. There must be a reason for the hold. Do you mind sharing when was your last gcms generated (if any) and what was in it?

What did the agent tell you when you last called?
