Our files r stuck at Sydney Case Processing Center, Don't know CPSs can release ppr or not. Since Ottawa has CPC and VO both, PPRs r being released from Ottawa VO. I might be wrong. this is what i understood reading multiple threads in this forum.

Ok..I use to look forward to late evenings and nights for PPR mail..
Now with local VO news ,I will expect in daytime as well...

Sa approved - 17 August 2018
Med passed - 11 sep 2018
after that no response from them ,
bgc not started yet , i guess my file is still at IP1 stage , any one with same delays and what could be the reason behind

we order GCMS notes , and now its day 35 , still not got them as well

when we called CIC , after 3-4 attempts agent said waiting for officer notes , and sometime GC key dont get update , but at this stage they do bgc ,

any idea for these delays , as these waitings are really killing ,

My aor is 19th June ... New Delhi visa office...
I was moved to ip2 on 15th November along with many others ..... I got rprf payment request Whch I did pay same day....


On 19th November all those who had paid rprf upfront received ppr and my additional documents shows uploaded document(rprf receipt) under review....

Any idea how much extra time it takes from this stage till ppr?

You're in IP2 when your criminality is passed and more often than not eligibility too.

@absad there is no specific pattern but my analysis is a little different from @tobs. Once you are in ip2 there are 3 things remaining. Criminality, Security and final moving of eligibility met to eligibility passed.

Criminality usually is pretty straightforward, checking of PCC. The lesser long stays at different countries the quicker it is. After Criminality the file may or may not move to another VO for a security check, that eats a lot of time.

After this is the visa officer finally passing your eligibility and approving yoir file.

Its still not over, recent trend suggest VOs are holding files after approval too. There has been a delay just in sending the PPR email. No one knows why.

People who have completed ip2 since 2nd week of october are still waiting. They know thier file is approved but there is nothing they can do.

Guys, received the message that my passport is ready for collection from VFS Bengaluru (India).

My timeline:
• ITA. :- April 25, 2018 (Draw#88)
• eAPR. :- June 23, 2018
• Medical Passed :- July 12, 2018.
• RPRF Email :- July 20, 2018.
• RPRF Paid :- July 23, 2018.
• IP2 :- October 23, 2018.
• PPR :- October 27, 2018.

Post PPR;

• Passport submission :- 05 November 2018.
• Passport Ready for Collection :- 20th November 2018.


• Dependent :- 2 (Wife &Child)
• FSW-O (India; Indian Resident)
• No travel History.
