As per what Ralph replies:
Under review - Case analyst, program assitant has put a review required for whatever reason. The file awaits the case officer review.
In process - Recommended passed and it is waiting for final approval from case officer
No need to be concerned about. IRCC is requesting for the asylum record of your spouse to determine his eligibility and legal status in the US. If there are any errors in the paperwork, you can mention that in the LoE and explain that you have requested the concerned lawyer or USCIS to correct the error.
Please be advised that misrepresentation under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act happens when there is "material" misrepresentation. Having the DoB or your spouse's family member incorrectly entered are immaterial, and will not impact your application as long as you have addressed the ire and made efforts to get it rectified.

There are a few who have received PPR from Sydney. But there are many who are stuck as well. There is no Ralph business. You don't need it. I see you already applied for GCMS notes. Ralph won't give you any additional information. He is an MP and his office calls CIC on behalf of candidates to get status. If you have GCMS notes you will have much more details than what you can get via Ralph's office.
Recommended passed is from case analyst and it does not mean eligibility is met. Still the Case officer has to go through the same and once he/she approves than the eligibility is passed. I am pretty sure about the same.

Hey guys, I really need help. Received my GCMS notes today, but there is some stuff that I don't understand.
The last update in my case was on July 20th and my visa office in Montreal. I applied for FSW inland.
As per the notes:
Recommendation: Recommend Pass MI3 Summary Notes: CIO Recommendation PA: Pass
Criminality check document shows review required - pending outstanding PC A11.2: Appears met. They have requested the biometrics, we did and it was sent, but it shows this. Can anyone help me?

We have a specific Montreal thread. Link in my signature if you want to join us there.
As for information in your GCMS notes ... it seems there is a PCC missing in your file. For details check last few pages where you would see detailed notes of the case analyst and program analyst. See which PCC is he talking about.
