Got the PPR mail yesterday.
My timelines are:
Profile: CEC inland with dependent (country of residence: India)
AOR: 3rd JUNE
IP2: 26th JUNE
ADR request (IMM5406): 17th OCT
ADR submitted: 18th OCT
Ghost update: 23rd OCT
PPR email (online application status still ip2): 13th NOV
I am not on immitracker.
Raised gcmc notes once in SEPT and got those in OCT with recommended pass status.

Why is the processing time of June CEC so LONG?

I feel like a guinea pig now, it’s almost like they are running some wicked experiment with us. It’s even funny how you can fast scroll myimmitracker’s June AOR sorted by BG change date and find Oct 15-16th where there’s the HUGE blank (light green) stripe. We are the “let’s take these guys and make them wait for 6 months to see what happens” people. I would have thought they even lost our applications if it wasn’t because of the fact that everything is online (not paper based). Not cool IRCC, not cool....

I can correlate this in cases where applicant is inland. I was trying to call CIC today and heard a new message as soon as the call began. It was something like "If you have received a letter to schedule an appointment for your PR application, please choose 2-2-2-7." So it seems like they are going to ask send a letter to inland candidates asking them to schedule their interview themselves once. Again, this is just an speculation.

I received 'ready for visa' email yesterday.

AOR : June 21st
MEP: July 4th
BG update: Nov 2nd
Ready for Visa email: Nov 13th. No change in online application status

I hope you all get the golden email soon...
