What's the statuses the call agents can see regarding background checks. Not started, in progress, completed? Do they know if it's in extra security screening?
Eligibility in progress can also mean that case analyst has not touched the file and even made a decision on whether recommended passed or review required. I guess whoever asked you is asking the question based off what an agent told on call. if that's the case, I will reiterate stop taking agents seriously and order GCMS notes.
