As per Canada.ca, Ottawa office processes applications from within Canada and US only. Hence, I'm not sure if I should be contacting on the email address mentioned there

I am an applicant living in Taiwan and my application is being processed in Ottawa..

To be honest it could mean a number of things and it is difficult to say what is the status of your Eligibility without GCMS notes.

hey guys,

I see alot of people from June AOR are in IP2 stage or have already passed IP2.

My AOR is 15th June & medical passed on 28th June.

but I am still in IP1 with eligibility recommended PASS.

my file was lasted touched on 12 July and my visa office is Ottawa.

Are there any other people still in IP1 stage? when can i see some update.?

I have applied for 2nd GCMS notes on 25th Oct.

What is your visa office? Also, check the notes in the last few pages. I have read that sometimes the Eligibility may be set to not started after "Recommended Pass" by analyst. I would be surprised if no one has touched your eligibility till now.

If you're referring to what you see in your CIC account then yes very normal.
