How come ur eligibility shows met when u have review required for PoF?
Mine is also eligibility met from last two months and there after no response on my file . I called cic on October 2nd they said same eligibility met. Do I need to worry now?

Don't worry for anything.

I checked with legalfalcon and he told the notes by the analyst in gcms takes presidence over the eligibility assessment made in the first few pages of the notes.

Did you have any review required in the notes section?

Another kind of anxiety developing in mind! Seems many 15/16th October IP2 got ghost update, but I haven't received any. Am I excluded from the PPR list which is most likely coming tomorrow??

Hi everyone
There has been some movement as they have requested a document as I was a student in Australia have lived there for more that 4 years
They have asked for
Police Certificate: From AUSTRALIA where the residence period has been six months or longer
since the age of 18, provide the Full Licence History Report.
But I am really confused as I have already provided them with a police certificate from Australia and I didn’t not have a Australian driving licence because as being a student you are allowed to drive on your Indian licence
What should I do and has anyone got this request earlier ??

Same here even with ghost update...smetimes you get PPR without any ghost update. Only 3 or 4 ppl from our timeline reported ghost updates here...so I think it will come for all of us ...Nonetheless getting nervous...anyways Good luck

I am also on the same boat. But for me it was RPRF and ADR changing to Not Applicable. Still in IP1 but hoping to be the outlier.

Congratulations for your success! Your IP2 started on 18th October, did you receive any ghost update before PPR? or it is direct PPR mail in your inbox after IP2 update?

you are very lucky mate. Normally they reject files straight away. Please do check on cic website PCC requirements for residnets that lived in Melbourne VIC- normally i am not joking i have got friends whoz file got rejected just because of this. So please check the requirements and quickly get the PCC from Melbourne, and at last on Student visa you can drive why not i drove in sydney..
