The email address they send landing interview appointments from is WST-LandingEnquiries@cic.gc.ca
I'm not 100% sure though if this is Canada-wide, or if it's only in use by their Vancouver office. This email landed in my regular Inbox.
Yes Officer will go with analyst's notes if the file has no red flag because Officers do not have that much time to search online employers and match noc for every file, ircc appointed case analysts/processing agents to do this job. If any document require a review then analyst will point that out to Officer who will only review that document. For the rest the officer will follow the analyst's recommendation (recommend passed/met/appears met).

For June applicants, really only about 20 to 25% or so has been approved yet I believe...cansha would know best though as he keeps track of these stats
Almost all approved applications were from CEC or FSW US-resident applicants.
I'm a CEC-Inland applicant with limited travel history, only one job on my work history, only needed 1 PCC etc. etc. and I still only got my PPR yesterday. You should be patient, there's a good chance you will get some news around the 4-5 month mark.
