I am CEC - Inland applicant with June 23rd AOR.
If you don't mind, can you please brief what is Procedural Fairness letter and what is that you got it for?
the wait time is generally 20 minutes....i would suggest to use any online calling app such as google hangout, skype or talku.....i have also applied through an agent they will share the details if you answer all the verification questions such as application number,UCI number, date of birth, place of birth, address -permanent and present....registered email address....since you are using a representative it will be necessary to have their email which could be the registered email....as well as their address and telephone number......once all questions are answered they will respond to your specific queries....even then there are certain agents who will just give a vague info or no info regarding your file.....some agents are good chaps they give all available details

It is a letter CIC sends u if they need any additional information or missing information before finalizing your application. If all your docs are clear, u won't receive this letter.
I received this letter because one of my employer from India didn't mention duties in the employment letter, CIC asked me to send a new letter with duties listed. Salary of my first job in Canada was below min. wage, so CIC asked for explanation.
I replied them with the new employment letter and explanation for Min.wage. Then I got my interview email in 2 days.

Congratulations!!
I'm also CEC inland. Can you describe the interview? Did they give you the new SIN and health card, or did you have to go to ServiceCanada and Service(Province) to get these? Are you officially landed?

It's nothing but just the landing interview.
They will verify ur identity, ask formal questions(about criminality check, rejected immigration) and then give you your COPR. if you get an email for this interview, that means u gonna be PR on the interview date.
I got my interview at Etobicoke office, there was a service Canada in the same building. So I got new SIN from thr. For health card, I went to service Ontario, which was 15 mins away from that building.
Yes, I am officially landed and became PR on 08/28/18 as per COPR they gave me.

It has come to halt. No movements in ppr at all. Checked threads of April and May applicants and hardly see any people receving their ppr. The speed with which they are going, i think we should expect it by november.
Lets just hope we receive our pprs quicker than standard timeline.

My timeline,CRS and category is almost similar to you; with AOR of 16 June 2018.
May I ask you what nationality are you?
I am not sure how long it gonna take for me. Right now, my security and criminal is in progress.
