It depends on several factors. But average processing time is 3-6 months,so you should not have false expectations by seeing rare cases who have received early.

People who have seen ghost updates and mail..is there a specific times in a day when the updates happen...or does it happen only during the working times of VO where the applications are??

so there is no mail.. there is only ghost update.. it happens during day time EST

I am moving to a different state within the US soon and I have submitted a "Change of Address" request via the IRCC web form about 15 days ago. I haven't heard from CIC yet.

Is there any way to check if the address has been updated?

When did u update the web form..Generally any request for changes to our application happens fast..Better to call IRCC and confirm the same..

I got the response email 30 days after I raised CSE web form.

Nope....still stuck in super slow lane with IP1 while waiting for that PPR rain forecast to materialise!

Most probably its updated by now..U can call IRCC and confirm..Surely an agent will b able to confirm the same..
