so u need understand.. some are CEC , some are FSW inland.. some are FSW-O USA( faster processing)

Yes, applying from anywhere outside of Canada makes you "Outland". I'm FSW-O, too, but I'm based in the US.

Sort of! Not as fast as some, but faster than others. Seems that applications from the US tend to be processed faster than other outland countries, possibly because the US and Canada have better information sharing.

Status has not changed, even for Medical it says "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes".

You most likely will pass the Medical Exam in the coming few days. It always take about 2-3 weeks since AOR to pass the Medical Exam, and they won't start with the Background Check until you passed it.
