Same AOR as you (20 June, FSW-O) and agent let me know criminality in progress. I am wondering if those BG statuses are reliable! I could very well be in IP1 still
One of my friends did call up them...Since there was no much progress in her application stage. The agent said it was a technical issue..soon your profile will get updated. She has completed her eligibility checks and criminal going on.

In the first week of June I received additional points under the 1 year Canadian experience but I would only complete 12 month by end of July 31st.
I received my ITA under CEC on June 13 and by July 31st I complete my 1 year experience and i have 90 days to apply. so what should i do? do you think I can apply ? I have not yet applied I have one more month left.
Medicals are done upfront.

I'm pretty sure you can accept, and then apply after the 31st of July. Not 100 % sure though, so you should seek other opinions / search around for other answers.

Just saw your CRS. Crazy high! You can get in anytime. If you want to be extra safe you can easy just decline your ITA, wait for a draw in August, and then you don't have to worry about anything If you can wait!

i mean to say , i already did my medical and the report has been uploaded so, i actually accepted the invite so in case if i get rejected do i have to redo the medicals again?

I think you'll find that there's a lot more than the two links I provided. They all say decline ITA and wait till you have actually completed the one year of experience. So I would suggest you decline ITA and then enter the pool in August. Especially as you will 100 % get an ITA then. There's no risk.

No, not bad at all. I don't think CIC cares. They would care, however, if you tried to misrepresent your application. Which you are doing the opposite of by decling and waiting till you actually have completed a year.

If you got rejected? Yup, you would lose part of what you paid, and if they figure you misrepresented, you could get banned from applying for a number of years. I'd wait till August.
