I also got PPR today. Around 9pm EST

I'm really surprised they are actually processing applications at this time of the day still - I'm used to check my application in the morning and afternoon but I see I should also start checking it in the evenings now ^^

hey can you help me with the number you tried to get in touch with them...i tried calling them on +16139444000 but at the end the phone is getting disconnected by its own...is there any other number or am i doing it wrong

yes, the number is correct. as per the other people here, it is difficult to get connected. and if you did, it will take you a while to get a hold of an agent. so just be patient and try calling them again.

Oh no...They just told me my bg is not completed...in fact I just called them to check if I am in ip2 or is it a tech glitch something. Since I am well aware that i am in the early phases... hmm...

Same AOR as you (20 June, FSW-O) and agent let me know criminality in progress. I am wondering if those BG statuses are reliable! I could very well be in IP1 still
