Only the primary applicant who has filed the PR application and crossed R10 is eligible for BOWP.

Yes. I am the primary applicant.

But when I try to apply for BoWP, there is a question which asks if 'I am the spouse of a person who holds a valid work permit' and if I answer 'Yes' it asks me to submit all my Wife's documents and takes me to the SOWP route and no BOWP questions appear at all.

My question is can I answer 'No' to question when I apply for BoWP? So that I dont have to submit all my Wife's documents

Is it actually okay to give the call center a ring to find out what's going on when it's been only a month since AOR?
Well, I did this morning and a nice lady asked me what I would you like to know given that it's too early in the process <embarrassed grin>
At least I got to know the application is being processed at Sydney any one else with the same VO?
