I've got some good news. After an agonizing 43 days since AOR and 14 days since IP2, I did not receive my PPR yesterday. All praise to the almighty.

Is it actually okay to give the call center a ring to find out what's going on when it's been only a month since AOR?
Well, I did this morning and a nice lady asked me what I would you like to know given that it's too early in the process <embarrassed grin>
At least I got to know the application is being processed at Sydney any one else with the same VO?

Which number did you ring? The one I have been trying just says all agents are busy and disconnect.

It's +1 613-944-4000, using the Hangout dialler. You might have to try several times and when you decide not to try anymore, that's when you get connected

so.. yours in ip2.. final phase... mine is same too..so till last week when I called.. mine was all done and the agent said.. its in final background screening
