CIC is sending this message to all EE applicants. Some may receive it earlier than others.

I think because of too many phone calls and complaints, now they want to give applicants more updates on the way. Well I am not sure how much update we have but at least they will count each day passing by with us and we know the ESTIMATE of how many days left before the final decision is made.
