OMG!!! Just moved to IP2!!!
CEC inland. June 4 AOR.
June 25 eligibility recommend pass, then no one touched my file, until now!!!

I am still in IP1

Hi Friends,

Need urgent help.

Today I got message in my CIC application regarding Additional Document Request (Additional Family Info IMM5406).
In the message they clearly mentioned only my wife's (Principal applicant) UCI number and asked for the ADR.
When I downloaded the latest IMM5406 form, from official CIC site:

They clearly mentioned in the first line:
"The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) and all dependent children above 18 years of age complete their own copy of this form. "

My question is Do I need to submit my (dependent's) IMM5406 form along with my wife's (Principal applicant) form.

I need to submit the form till 23rd October, please help.

Express Entry CEC-inland with dependent
My timelines are:
AOR- june 3rd, 2018
IP2- somewhere in june
ADR- October 17th 2018

Please note: IMM5406 form's template changed in 2018, so please refer the official site only for this form, other sites have older version of the form.

Thank you! Still waiting at IP1. ADR for RPRF changed to not applicable yesterday so I was hoping to move to IP2 and get PPR soon.

I received GCMS notes in Oct beginning and got to know that medicals are cleared for me and my daughter but for my spouse are in progress (which is quite strange and disheartening ):

I called IRCC on 17th October to get clarifications on above and the agent said that it seems the medical for my spouse is not received. This does not seem to be the case from GCMS and I wonder what to do next. I called the clinic and they confirmed that they did upload all reports.

As per the notes they did not receive medical documents for your spouse. The clinic has messed up. I have seen a similar case before. One option is to take it up with clinic and ask for proof they uploaded all details ... which they won't provide.

Or do medical again for wife proactively and upload again

Finally got the PPR email. I can not thank you guys enough for helping me and others be patient throughout this.

I wish the best for everyone, who got PPR and who are still waiting. Hang in there, just a little more. Your golden email will find you soon.
