OMG! I just realized that the bank letter I was issued by my bankers had no branch contact information (address, phones, email) although it was printed on letterhead with all other necessary details in specified format. Am I looking at rejection or ADR for this? Can anyone help with an idea please?

Have you also provide bank statements along with the letter ? If yes, Do they contain the branch locations etc ?
If you can get them to provide a new bank letter with the complete address you can still send the document through the webform

No, no statement since my bank letter was in the format specific by IRCC with 6 month average balance etc. I may explore the webform option but not too sure I can get that letter easily from the bank. I thought I had everything properly arranged, just took a closer look at that letter today!

No, the fixed deposit I used for OINP had matured and was liquidated. I have sufficient cash balance that's 6 months old and used that for the PR application. Any worries?

hehehe.. do you really mean PPR? i am sure it was a typo.. have you passed the meds? if yes, you must be in IP1.. relax.. you can go through the tracker sheet and check how the other applications similar to you are progressing.. and don't worry,. 2 similar cases can have different timelines as well.. you can never tell..
... guys remember to keep updating the tracker as your application progresses.. its a sign of hope for others on the application and also would given them a fair estimate of the timelines/ progression at IRCC..
