In the case of the IELTS, they ask you for some kind of code unique to your test results when you are filling the application, I'm assuming it's something similar with the celpip. They don't actually ask for the scan of the paper itself (I think I might have seen a couple ADR asking for it though), however I uploaded it just in case together with the education documents. Never seen a rejected profile for having extra documents haha
I don't think it provides a lot of insight but for what its worth just sharing status I received in my GCMS notes. I know it was too early to order my notes but the reason I did it was I wanted to know about my visa office.
