I am currently in IP2, just called IRCC. The agent was polite and helpful, but mentioned that he would be able to divulge only the information that we currently see in the profile. I asked if he can tell me my VO. He said it is Central Intake Office. Is this a good sign?

Hello folks..

I just spoke with one of the agent. She was very polite ans answered all my questions in a calm way.
I asked about eligibility status, and she said its recommended pass.
Criminality check has been passed also and security check is in process.
I asked about my VO and she said, I dont have any particular VO. My file is in Case processing Centre.
However, when I called last month, one if the agent said that my VO was Sydney NS.
So, on what step I am now.?
If anyone could help me answer my question please .
