Well it’s been 6 months since that here. :-(

Unbelievable - did not know you got a remed request...so basically there is not rule to kind of delay these guys can do

That is what I was told too....Nobody there is interested in immigration issues

OMG. This is so bad. Was relieved when I got remedical request. Really worried now. Just got remeds done today. 6 months after remeds is the craziest thing

Yeah.. hence my pain is a bit more than all the unfortunate people left here. This is what prompted me to hire a law firm and serve a legal notice to embassy here in delhi. Let’s see if this helps or not. Fingers crossed.
